ACUPUNCTURE - We are happy to bill the following insurance providers:

PacificSource (in-network)

Providence - PEBB plans only (out-of-network)

Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem (in-network)

Regence Medicare Advantage (in network, but only allows billing for chronic lower back pain)

At this time, we are unable to accept or bill for: Medicare (including supplemental or bridge plans), Medicaid, OHP, or IHN. We appreciate your understanding.

If your insurance plan is not one of the above plans that we bill, you will be charged our time of service/cash rate ($160 for a new patient appointment/$110 for a follow up appointment) at your appointment time and we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement from them.

MASSAGE - We are not currently billing for massage treatments and are cash/card pay only at this time. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for you to seek direct reimbursement from your insurance provider, just let us know if you would like a superbill at your appointment time. Thank you!
