ACUPUNCTURE - We are happy to bill the following insurance providers:

PacificSource (in-network)

Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem (in-network)

Regence Medicare Advantage (in network, but only has coverage for chronic lower back pain)

Please keep in mind, not all accepted plans have acupuncture benefits. If your insurance plan is not one of the above plans that we bill or your plan does not have acupuncture coverage, you will be charged our time of service/cash rate ($160 for a new patient appointment/$110 for a follow up appointment) at your appointment time. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement from them. Just let our staff know at your first appointment with us if you’ll be needing a superbill.

At this time, we are unable to accept or bill for:

Medicare (including supplemental or bridge plans)

Medicaid

OHP or IHN

Any insurance provider not on our above list

MASSAGE - We are not currently billing for massage treatments and are cash/card pay only for massage treatments at this time.

If you have questions about your insurance coverage, please email or text our office with any questions at least a week before your first appointment with us. This gives our staff ample time to get any coverage questions answered prior to your visit. Thank you!
